I started out as an assembly programmer and moved into web development after answering a Craigslist ad from the CTO of USLegalForms, Travis Finseth. Early in my first contract, I accidentally wiped a production definitions database and learned the hard lesson fast. That mistake mattered, but it also opened the right next door: a full-time role at USLegalForms about two weeks later.
For about ten years I helped build e-commerce systems that sold millions of dollars of digital products. In that stretch, I saw hundreds of WordPress sites hacked. That changed where my focus landed, and helped turn security into my central job instead of an afterthought.
Over time I found my niche: helping business owners stay online, stay secure, and stay in control of their own web stack. The same pattern kept showing up again and again small misunderstandings become big outages when no one owns the basics, and then everyone pays for it later.
Why I built this company the way I did
Many clients were smart about business and still ended up with risky websites because the tools and habits were missing. I built this company to remove that friction with practical support, clean communication, and decisions that hold under real pressure.
Life and routine
My day starts around 3am with one goal: Stay present for family, then keep a daily rhythm. I check overnight alerts first, then handle urgent client needs, and only after that do I move into planned work.
When I have focus time, I work in short, focused blocks, keep communication simple. I do the deeper, longer work when the house is quieter and I can stay uninterrupted.
I build systems to prevent emergencies, protect that time, and keep operations steady even when pressure spikes so everyone can keep it simple and protect the time that matters to them. It works for my clients and I none of us like fire drills.
