Core Role
Owner of Building Better Software. Sole decision-maker. Responsible for everything client work, business operations, household management.
Operational Reality
- Works 3am–3pm daily
- Primary caretaker for three kids during the day; handles most household duties
- Wife works outside the home, so Blake carries the domestic load
- Increasingly not doing the technical work himself leveraging agentic engineering to handle execution where he can
- 20 years of software dev experience means he guides and directs rather than codes line-by-line
- Manages multiple autonomous bots that handle lead gen, meal planning, and personal finance
