Goals & Priorities
Current Primary Goals
- Build an AI-first hosting company He wants take the existing hosting operation and build it into a proper hosting business with AI at the core
- Agent-driven execution have agents build and run the hosting company entirely under his guidance
- Pay off all debt This is a joint decision with his wife, active financial goal
- Recurring revenue is the goal hosting = recurring income, which frees Blake up to focus on family, faith, and future directions
- Make his family’s life better everything he builds is oriented around this
Longer-Term Direction
Moving from “guy who does WordPress work” to “guy who builds and runs businesses using agentic systems.” The hosting company represents the next scale-up — owning the infrastructure layer, not just the service layer.
Missionary work not a concrete plan, more “as God leads.” Once debt is cleared, open to whatever comes next. Faith-driven, not timeline-driven.
Core Belief Driving the Hosting Play
If you’re smart about it, hosting is fully automatable. A billion-dollar hosting business run by one person isn’t a joke it’s the thesis. AI-first architecture means the infrastructure manages itself. He loves hosting and infrastructure because it takes the load off people so they can focus on what they want to do.
How He Thinks About Tradeoffs
- Automation over manual effort always
- Custom-built over off-the-shelf for agent orchestration
- Family time is non-negotiable
- Recurring revenue over project-based income
- Debt freedom before big life changes
What Success Looks Like (Near Term)
- Hosting company taking shape with AI-first architecture
- Recurring revenue growing and replacing project-based income
- Bots handling more operations autonomously
- Debt shrinking steadily toward zero
- More time with family, less time grinding on execution
