Uptime With Hands

$2,400.00

Description

Annual readiness and incident workflow for one site, billed yearly.

This is a review + triage layer around operational behavior, not a 24/7 on-call response service. It keeps one site in scope with defined working windows.

What you get (exact limits)

  • Scope: one site per purchase.
  • Signals covered: availability, response behavior, and event timeline capture.
  • Monitoring plan: continuous automated checks with alert triage during documented support windows.
  • Response window: first-response target documented at time of handoff, with agreed escalation and repair windows.
  • Work included: agreed repair steps are billed only if they are part of the documented plan; anything outside that scope is additive.
  • Renewal: service stays active only after manual yearly renewal.

Coverage, exclusions, and SLA notes

  • No 24/7 human monitoring desk, no guaranteed instant handoff, and no emergency standby included.
  • We triage and route events in the agreed support window and produce a documented action plan with repair timing.
  • No hosting, plugin patching, CDN strategy changes, or full incident-response ownership is included unless added by separate contract.
  • No unlimited-site support or unlimited alert volume included at this price.

Example incidents this service catches

  • 2026-06-29: one production site saw a site-wide availability failure in the same readiness period as an auto-update application fault. The issue was isolated, triaged, and handled by removing the failing code path.
  • 2026-07-15: sustained traffic pressure on one web node drove load to 39 across shared cores and exhausted php-fpm with a fake crawler storm. The site recovered after targeted mitigation and request filtering.
  • 2026-07-06: uncached pages returned 500 while cached content was still serving. Root cause was a directory-level permission regression; fixing execute/traverse restored normal rendering and request stability.

Use case: you want readiness and response workflow, not vague “always-on monitoring” claims.
